Agile Coaching: Helping to keep the digital transformation on track

 

It was a wonderful interaction yesterday with the participants from across the globe who are Junior to middle-level managers in Government, Public & Private sector organizations. They are the professionals across organizations who are leading teams and Emerging leaders who are having to adapt to a fast-changing digital environment.

I was invited as a guest speaker by the Amity Institute of Training & Development - AITD as they are conducting Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) courses in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs, India

It was my pleasure to accept the invite as a guest speaker and coach for one of their sessions on “Agile Coaching: Helping to keep the digital transformation on track” scheduled on February 9th, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in their upcoming Online 2 weeks program in the month of February 2023, on Management of the Future: Essential Leadership Skills in the Digital Era.

It was an energetic, interactive, and refreshing session with aspiring leaders from across the globe. They asked really interesting questions related to Agile Transformation, Digital transformation, and how to bridge them to make a successful Agile Digital transformation. The session has helped the Students to get awareness about the Agile Transformation & Digital transformation challenges faced by the Organizations' and how to deal with these challenges.

Though Agile transformation promises extensive growth, it does come with various challenges. These challenges include the organization's capability to build more responsibility at both individual and team levels, without hampering their sense of governance or control. It is often challenging to address issues such as psychological safety, scaling, and maturity since these impact success to a great extent. Progressing with skills in leadership is quintessential to supporting and encouraging flexible ways of working in the organization.

Digital Transformation is bringing positive changes in a way where the leaders are having a tough time predicting quick and random changes. Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Business Analytics, etc. that is a bit difficult to create but give a competitive advantage.
