I am thrilled to share that I have successfully achieved the Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP®) certification on my first attempt! This prestigious certification, the highest level in the field of Project Management, represents a milestone in my professional journey and reflects a combination of rigorous planning, consistent effort, and dedication.

The PfMP® certification is a globally recognized testament to expertise in portfolio management, validating skills across five critical domains: Strategic Alignment, Governance, Portfolio Performance, Portfolio Risk Management, and Communications Management. It is awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI), which has set the gold standard in advancing project management excellence.

With this achievement, I am honored to join an exclusive community of approximately 2,200 PfMP® holders worldwide, including 800 in Asia and a select group of 450 professionals globally who hold the coveted P3MP certifications (Portfolio, Program, and Project Management).

This success is particularly meaningful as it was far from an easy journey. Balancing preparation with professional and personal commitments required a clear plan, consistent focus, and unwavering determination. For instance, if you're learning a new skill that seems particularly difficult, you might unconsciously believe that your abilities are limited, and improvement is unattainable. This fixed mindset may hinder your willingness to take risks or explore alternative approaches. On the other hand, in areas where you feel confident and experienced, a growth mindset might prevail. For instance, if you're adept at a particular hobby or professional skill, you likely embrace challenges as opportunities to learn and improve.
